Our laboratory provides technical cleanliness testing services for industrial components of all geometries and materials, including metal, plastic, elastomer, and precision parts, without limitation on size or complexity.
Every analysis is performed in a controlled environment using documented procedures, calibrated equipment, and extraction methods defined by the applicable standard. Extraction is carried out using a dedicated technical cleanliness cabinet (DSS3), capable of applying all relevant methods such as pressure rinsing, internal rinsing, ultrasonic extraction, and agitation, ensuring reliable and repeatable results. Our standard solvent is Haku 1021/925, and we also work with customer- or OEM-specified solvents when required.
Particle analysis is performed using the Filtrex optical microscopy system, specifically designed for technical cleanliness evaluation in full alignment with VDA 19.1 and ISO 16232 requirements. The system detects particles down to 5 microns and classifies them by size, quantity, and type (metallic, non-metallic, and fibers), as defined by the standards.
The result is not just a number — it is a technically supported compliance determination you can present to your customer, use in a PPAP, or act on to improve your process.
